I wanted to support this business, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. The wait time for my order was far too long, and throughout the process I received no updates or communication about my order status. It wasn’t until I sent an email that any action was taken, which felt careless and unprofessional.

When my package finally arrived, the items were poorly packaged—just thrown into the box without care. On top of that, I noticed one item was missing. I immediately reached out via email and was told it was “in the owner’s hands,” which implied I would be receiving it. That turned out to be untrue. I followed up multiple times with no updates, and even tried asking on their TikTok live since my emails were ignored. I was asked for my information during the live and told I’d receive a follow-up email the next day, but no communication ever came. To this day, I still haven’t received my missing item or even a refund.

As a first-time customer, I truly wanted to be patient and empathetic toward the situation, but this level of service is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I will advise my family and friends—who I had originally recommended this company to—not to purchase here either.
