Hitchin Post Grub — Restaurant in Snowville

Small, cozy, cabin-like restaurant with very kind people. Sodas come by the can with a cup and ice if you like. They had prime rib and ribeye as a special. (This is where my keto Diet may not be applicable to you). I had the Prime Rib but for the sides they didn't have anything green. Salad just ran out and they didn't have brocoli. Only sides were carb heavy. They were probably delicious but I didn't try the beans, corn, potatoes or fries. Wish they had some sort of greens on the side. We’re pulling out of the Hitching Post with a smile and definitely planning to return on our next trip! What a gem! The quaint little restaurant with its tasteful western decor was welcoming. The food was 5 stars plus—homemade french fries and ice cream! Hamburgers were juicy. The service was friendly and accommodating.
