Casa Mico Cantina & Grill — Restaurant in Snyder

Went here to eat rather than waiting for the next town and that was a mistake. We got there and ordered and were brought salsa while we waited. We also ordered the queso as well. The salsa tasted like marinara sauce and was not very good. We moved to the queso which tasted like alfredo sauce almost but was decent. Then we got our food and it was very sub par. I had the beef and shrimp fajitas which looked like it may have been stored past the allowed time and was pretty ehhh. She had the stuffed avocado and it was decent. The drinks were flat and heavily watered down as well. While eating we noticed the roach in the picture crawl up the wall and then onto our table. We brought it to the waitresses attention while told the cook. The cook shrugged it off and then the waitress said she was embarrassed to be working there. The staff didn't really seem to care and we checked out and left having barely eaten our food. They charged us full price still and they were over priced especially for the area. Went in tonight and left because the cook screaming at the waitress made us so uncomfortable. Ordered 2 of the pick 2 combos, chile relleno and quesadilla both shredded beef. Food comes out, the quesadilla has shredded beef but the chille relllo wont have any meat because " there's an extra charge so he said he wasnt going to put it on" NO ITS NOT ITS ON THE MENU! We've been here multiples times as well After 10 min of listening to the guy yell at our waitress because she was trying to correct our order she tells us he wants our plates back before remaking our chille rellenos. Wish I could give 0 stars. My husband, MIL & me were put in a corner & forgotten for 45 mins. Our waitress stayed on her phone entire time. When we asked abt our order, it took 10mins for her to come back & say the chef was abt to start on it. There were only 3 other customers there other than us! 2 of them arrived after us & we’re done eating by the time we walked up to cancel our order. After me paying for our drinks, the waitress tossed my debit card back to me as if we were the problems. We’ve since told all 4 sides of our families that live in the area & friends how we were treated & glad to say we all agree to never waste our money there.
