Chad was the first and only caterer that we met with, and we were sold immediately! As soon as we had our initial consultation, we knew we had found a solid choice. We knew we wanted to find a quality, small, preferably family business for our caterer, and Chad delivered. He is a kind and generous business owner who takes great pride in his work. He is incredibly fair and honest and was so easy to communicate with. He was even willing to travel a 50-mile radius for our venue. Our guests loved his generous and opulent charcuterie trays for our cocktail hour, and our buffet-style dinner was a hit. We have many people who have dietary sensitivities, so we picked items we were sure would work best for the most people. Everyone loved our buffet and were able to eat as much as they wanted, so no late-night snacks were needed! Chad was so expedient on the day of, and brought his daughter along to help, a true family business! We loved working with Chad and his family, and his food was enjoyed by all. I cannot stress enough that if we find ourselves in need of a caterer again anytime soon, we will go with My Girls Deli & Catering. Chad was a great find for us because his honesty, fairness, and down-to-earth style was so refreshing, especially when dealing with so much negativity that the wedding industry can bring a couple. I had absolutely no stress about our food because Chad handled everything. He came prepared for issues that we had not even thought of. We are so very grateful to him for all that he did for us. The team at My Girls Deli catered my wedding in July of 2020. The food was outstanding and so was the service. Chad was always quickly available to answer an email or call. Our wedding also involved guests with both dairy and gluten allergies, as well as vegan preferences, and Chad made sure everyone had plenty of delicious and safe food to enjoy! Chad and his team also made sure all of the catering/serving of food was Covid compliant to ensure the safety of our guests during mealtime. I had my grand daughters Christening at my home and My Girls Deli catered a fantastic spread!!!! I had family from NY who are Italian and very fussy about their Italian food and was thrilled over it!! Everyone wanted left overs to take home!! Cold cut platter was beautifully displayed and top of the line meats and cheese. Macaroni and cheese was fabulous. The rolls were fresh and very delicious!1 I would use them again for sure. It is nice to find an exceptional caterer in Somerset County. May God bless you with many many more years...
