Subway — Restaurant in Somerset

for whatever reason, they only had one person working the entire store period we went through the drive-thru and ordered three very simple subs we sat for at least 10 minutes to get those three subs. She seemed like she was overwhelmed but not even really trying to do anything quickly. It almost seems as though she was new and didn't know what she was doing. I feel sorry for her but I'm very disappointed because I had an appointment that I needed to get to and we sat there biting our nails wondering if we were going to make our appointment. We had to stay and wait for the subs because we had already paid for them. As always, the food was delicious there. The service was very lacking but I don't know that it was all her fault. I came here last Tuesday on the 4th around 12:00 and found a dark brown wavy hair in my food which was the color of the girls hair that was making my sandwich. Was not very happy and will not be ordering from this location ever again. The girl who handed me my sandwich had an attitude and was rolling her eyes at me. Sub was not good cause I got a meatball sub and they put too much red sauce on it not enough meatballs. I also got grilled chicken with bacon and ranch sub and they didn’t even put enough ranch on it when asked for extra ranch and they didn’t use grilled chicken they use rotisserie-style chicken.
