Racist and rude employee named Vickie with blue lips was visibly irritated when she was asked a question about the menu. She rolled her eyes and sighed as if she had something better to do. Isn't that her job to take orders and answer questions about the menu? We then decided not to spend our money and said "nevermind thank you" because of her lackluster attitude. She then laughed in a sarcastic manner as we walked off. Because I heard her laugh, I went back to inform the manner of her despicable behavior and asked her to speak to her manager. She again laughed, pointed and said "he's down there". I then asked "can you please get him for me?" She then yelled and said "this nice lady wants to talk to you". Unfortunately, the service at this one is just awful. There was almost no crowding when I was there, but the rest of my family finished their Burger King orders before I could even place mine at Popeye's, let alone receive it. That's because the lady in front of me (not her fault at all) wanted a meal of nothing but chicken, and the cashier took 15+ minutes to comprehend that she didn't want a combo with sides or dip. As he finished ordering I stepped up and the girl at the counter said Iām sorry he was the last customer. I said excuse me? I have been in line since before closing time of 10:00 pm. Just then the manager came up to change out the cash drawer. She was in a big hurry, so big a hurry she couldnāt accept $15 more of sales. It wasnāt the cashiers fault. Itās the culture that the management sets. After I went to the Burger King service counter, I went back and told that manager what horrible customer service her team gave.
