Roy Rogers — Restaurant in Somerset Township

The service at this place was horrible. We had to wait a long time for our food. Once we got it and went to our car, we realized they didn't give us two of our sides, so I went back in to get it. The order was a fish platter that came with two sides. I told the employee packing the food we didn't receive them. With a look of disgust on her face, she says.... what do you mean?! I have you your sides.. I said ma'am they're still sitting right there you forgot to put them in our bag, she asked for the receipt, which I gave her and then she states, "Well what did you have?!" I say, mashed potatoes and mac and cheese, she says, "Well it doesn't say two sides on here!" So I'm like ma'am, clearly on YOUR menu it says two sides come with the fish platter, so why would they need to be typed out separately on the receipt...if two sides are included with the platter?? I had to go back and forth with her for a minute. She was totally unprofessional and mean. And to top it all of the food wasn't great and...

First issue: I came in at around 1:45am. There was no one at the registers or behind at the grill, so I thought they were closed until I asked the Sonoco Manager if they were open, he said they were. After a few unsuccessful attempts at saying hello and knocking at the employee door, they randomly showed up just as I was about to leave 10 minutes later.

Second issue: They do not offer chicken after 11pm except the gold Rush sandwich, and they start serving breakfast at 2am.

Third issue: Everything on the menu is alacarte, aka there are no combos. I got a 1/4 pounder, large fry, large drink and 3 biscuits for $17! Wayyy to expensive. I could have eaten at Sheetz for 8-10 bucks and gotten way more food.

There were only two employees. I would not stop at this location at night. You are better off getting a bag of chips and a drink and waiting another 30 miles for better food, or better yet stop off at Somerset before. Do...

The ketchup they have for the customers is fermented!!! Can't wait to throw up later...

Eh... Food was poor... Fries were cold, coleslaw was kind of slimy... Not that normal crunch that should be there... So definitely serving old stuff.

The fish was cooked properly. It had good crunch, but had no taste... I mean yeah it's frozen I get it... It's fast food. But still... If you can't do it right maybe just take it off the menu.

Pretty disappointed in dinner tonight. Avoiding this stop in the future.

Whoever owns this place doesn't care one bit... And I know you're going to send some automated response about how you're sorry and that you really value your customer or whatever. Maybe you should care before we have these horrible experiences.
