Subway — Restaurant in Somerset Township

Visited this joke of a store tonight- one guy and a girl sat in a booth while we attempted to call out to a worker as NO ONE was to be found at the counter, in the store, or could be seen in the back. We waited and called out for ten minutes as there was nowhere else to eat in the plaza and we could not leave this location (truck driver), and as we walked out the door, the young man admitted that his girlfriend (the blonde who was sitting at the table with him when we first entered) was the only worker in the store and chose to run to the back and ignore us until we left. I reported that I would be calling to speak with the manager and/or owner in the morning. This store was not closed, we entered at 9:43pm- it was not closing time which reported via door sign as 10pm- I checked when we came in because all the floors appeared to have been cleaned and things were put away as though the store was about to close. Nonetheless, after this girl's boyfriend reported this to us, she STILL did not come from the back to provide service. I fo hope the franchise owner checks reviews because this kind of customer service is how a business goes out of business quick. When I worked in food service I always concerned myself with workers who seemed to not be too concerned with serving those who pay their paycheck and also had access to a POS/cash register = check your end of days when she's been working because I'd bet a buffalo nickel her drawers have been way off... We just stopped in there to firstly use their restrooms, which were clean, and provided actual paper towels (rather than those noisy blowers) to dry your hands with. After using their restroom, we then got back into our vehicle, and drove up to their drive-thru window, which is, for the most part, completely touch screen. Their touch screen does take a little bit of getting used to, but it's fairly user friendly. The young lady at the lone drive up window was friendly and even offered us chicken for our pet dog, which we accepted. Although she forgot to include our 2 bags of chips, which were instantly replaced after I went inside to retrieve them, I would definitely patronize this particular establishment again in the future, and I certainly recommend this place to my family, friends, and...

Worst customer service ever. Was there on 5/10/24 at 9:58 am. Attempted to get a Turkey wrap with avocado. Couldn't add the avocado through the order computer they have at the drive thru. Rang the bell numerous times with no answer. Drove to the window to ask them to add tha avocado. Knocked on the window numerous times, seeing the lady right there. After a while the lady comes to the window and asks "what you want?", with an attitude. I asked her to please add avocado to my sandwich. She said "I guess I can, even though I already made the sandwich. After a long wait she gave me my order. When I got home I noticed she didn't toast my sandwich even though I had asked for it to be toasted. I just...
