Momma Jo's Pizza — Restaurant in Somerset

I had a problem with an order and called to get it fixed. The owner was the most rude ignorant person I have ever talked to. I was told that even though I returned the inedible food that I could not receive a refund. Since it was my problem that I ordered their food. Their are plenty of good pizza places in town try Franks 4431202 because this owner does not deserve one cent of your money. I hope the money you stole from me was worth it. You lost a customer for life and I am a person of principle so I will make sure everyone knows...

Ordered pizza for a birthday party. Wrong order was delivered, called and was told there was nothing that could be done. Appalled I drove the pizza back and was told a manager would have to fix it and one wasn't available until tomorrow. The next day I was called and told the order was right and I would not be getting a refund, even though I returned the pizza immediately a d left it there I was still charged $48. Never, I repeat, never order pizza from this place. Honestly it's not great and the owners treat people...

Loved the food till today absolute worst customer service I've ever had. If you do have a problem after ordering for 2 years they will demean you. Got three different stories from three different people on why my wings were messed up. Called for a refund and the refused unless I had all the food. I ate one wing and they wouldn't take it back even though they messed it up. I hope whoever their cook is finds a better home because this was the only bad experience I've had with them but the worst one in any...
