The manager of this location desperately needs to be retrained in customer service. I can not recall a time that I have gone in where she has so much as said hello to me. Whether I am the only customer or there is a line, she treats everyone as though she has more important things to do than take your order. Today when I went in, she was behind the deli, with it open, no line and as usual, avoided eye contact and didn't acknowledge that I had walked in. I opened my subway app so I could load the QR code and waited. After a few minutes she finally said "are you ready now?" with a snarky attitude. I told her Ive been ready and was waiting on her, to which she replied "you were playing on your phone so i thought id give you a few minutes" I again told her that I did not need a minute and began to order. She did not look at or say another word to me. Read moreManagement is not enabling success. This restaurant accepts online orders, but they don’t seem to have enough staff to deal with rushes. If you go here during lunch, the women behind the counter are working SO hard, but the line barely moves. They’re so busy with online orders that they can’t get through the line with reasonable speed. If management can’t hire someone to help with lunch/dinner rush, I don’t see this changing.
Last time I was there, I just walked out with no sandwich after 20 minutes of waiting in line.
