We ordered 7 pizzas yesterday for a birthday party. They were all dried up and the crust were hard! A lot of the people at the party was trying to eat the toppings! I spoke with the manager regarding this issue he stated he would give me a refund and to call back in a hour. The store closed at that hour which was 8 o’clock! So I called back this morning regarding the issue and he changed his mind and said he only told me I could get a refund just to get me off the phone because he was busy. He asked why I called back 4 hours later! Mind you my bf picked up the pizza mind you it was my daughters first birthday party! Why would I call you during the party to interrupt the party! I called and gave feedback after we got home! He offered the refund I never said a refund upfront I was giving feedback! To offer something and lie about it is bad business! He didn’t even offer to remake the pizza’s he offered money back!!! He also said he’s been working for 5 years at this business and he’s the manager and says he don’t see what he did wrong with the pizza. He stated he don’t know what dry means! He was arguing with me over the phone saying I’m making it seem like it was all about money! He said the owner won’t do anything about this situation! He later states he’s a bad person but he know he makes good pizza! He said if he did give me the money back that I could no longer do business with them! Then he back tracked again and said he wouldn’t give me money back because he didn’t feel like he did anything wrong! He said the owner not going to do anything about it either! It’s very disappointing because we were referred to this place way before I had my daughters party and I liked the pizza so that’s why we chose to use it at my daughters first birthday party! We have ate this pizza place about 4 times before my daughters party! He claimed he has made all of my pizzas which is a lie because when we first ordered it was 2 ladies making pizzas in the back and one guy working on boxes in the front! There is plenty of other pizza restaurants we could of spent our money with! He doesn’t value customers he said he working 80 plus hours a week I don’t know what does that have to do with my pizza order! He got loud with me over the phone! He’s very disrespectful and I will Never purchased anything else from this customer! I asked him was the owner around because I have seen him inside once before working and on that day when I got pizza everything was perfect! He told me the owner hasn’t made pizza or cooked anything for 6-7 months which was a lie because I seen it with my own eyes! To have someone run a company that acts like this towards customers is bad business! He said he only told me he would give a refund due to getting me off the phone! Pizza was extra dry he left it in the...
Read moreI’m leaving this review in hopes that the owner will seriously consider the advice…
#1. Tell people that call their orders in by phone the actual time it will be until their pizza will be ready. If it’s an hour and a half, say so. Don’t be dishonest with the people that put money in your pocket.
#2. Anthony is your biggest asset and deserves a raise, and I don’t know how much he makes now, but he deserves more. He is what is holding the business together. I’ve read reviews that say things about “the guy” was rude or told them incorrect wait times and if he was rude to anyone I think it’s because he was probably so busy trying to do every job in there that he was exhausted and may have let off some steam, which I can understand.
#3. If you hire new employees that don’t seem to care about working hard, it’s because their wages don’t reflect that you care about them as people, which will make them not care about working hard to help your business.
#4. Your customers and employees are the ones that should be taken care of and in return they will take care of your business.
#5. You have top quality pizza and I don’t want to hurt feelings but it seems as if the issues are mostly about people feeling deceived due to incorrect wait times. Be truthful and your customers will...
Read moreI'm not a pizza expert (my waist line would suggest otherwise) but this is truly a great place to eat. More of a pickup and take with you type place. As busy as they stay I don't think it's possible for them not to add on more space. We have all been to restaurant's and had to wait for a little while. That shouldn't be a big deal to people. I talk with the owner several times a week and you couldn't ask for a better and or positive business owner in a small town. Personally with the prices as low as they are I don't see how he can pay his staff but he manages well. I'm not advertising for them but I would. Word of mouth from satisfied customers is the best advertisement one can have. Let me warn you though when you go and order and this is off the record advice tell them when you call in for your pizza that you want an order of SWEET BREAD. YOU WILL FIND YOURSELF HIDING THE SWEET BREAD FROM YOUR FAMILY FRIENDS EVERYBODY. JUST CHECK IT OUT. ASK TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER IF YOU HAVEN'T MET HIM HE IS A VERY INTERESTING MAN TO TALK TO. HE AND HIS STAFF WILL I'M SURE DO WHAT THEY CAN TO KEEP YOU...
