Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sonora

This restaurant needs to have a manager or owner to check on his workers . They were 2 girls a young girl and older blonde . First i walked in and saw a young girl on dining table texting while she see me waiting on the counter waiting for someone to take my order until she shocked me and told me that she work here then she took my order and asked her for receipt instead she gave me a credit card receipt not itemized receipt. Anyway the total didn’t add up right to me then an older rude blonde lady came up to me and said what do you want !!! I live in Houston so I don’t know how much is the tax so I asked her the total seems to be wrong can you tell me how much is the tax and guess what she said literally her reply was “ I Don’t know but you can ask Donald trump “ why did she even have to go that far to answer simple question and I know you not him because he doesn’t bake pizza !!! If you don’t like your job just get a better job I don’t need to hear your stupid sarcasm. Then I asked for itemized receipt she insisted that credit card payment receipt is receipt lol I need an itemized receipt because that credit card receipt doesn’t show what I paid for . Then she print it a receipt guess what ? it turns out she charge me for wrong item instead of she apologizes she start making excuses that how the system do it and blame it on computer . Lady now you making it worse by trying to deny you made a mistake by lie it’s okay just say sorry then she start getting mad and ask me do you need free pizza another insult and disrespect like I’m coming to get free food . WARNING!!If you are black don't go here worst service I have ever had the server Wendy had a attitude soon as I walked in. I wanted the big box when I asked if they still sell it she asked another employee if they had rectangular pizza he said yes and I ordered I paid and asked if I could get it for dine in she said dinning room was closed but 2 people were eating so I didn't think much about it but I kept noticing that Wendy and the other female working were acting strange she said something to the other female then both looked at me . Then a family came in and ordered and sat down to dine in after they told me I couldn't. After that I noticed that they kept looking at me and whispering as if to see if I noticed that the family who came after me was dinning in . Yes I noticed then as my pizza came out of the oven Wendy kept peeking to see if I was watching she said something to the other 2 employees and they all 3 gathered around the box as to block my view then she brought my pizza to me and didn't say anything I knew something was up I took the pizza to the counter and said I wasn't comfortable eating it after there funny behavior the male worker then said he made it yes but all 3 of you boxed 1 pizza and I wanted a refund he tried to tell me that since I paid I can't get a refund that's what a refund is at this point I'm furious I eventually...

SERVICE SUCKED. Ordered on the app 20 minutes before arriving. 6:39PM. Driving 16 hour trip. Get there and order was ready on the app 10 minutes later. No one comes out. Called and guy immediately puts the phone down on the counter. Waited 10 minutes on phone and finally hung up. Guy comes out and say pizza not ready. I said the app says it is. He says 6 more minutes. Its now been an hour and the guy hasn’t come out or told us anything. Pretty sure he gave OUR pizza away. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE. RIDICULOUS. Don’t waste your time at this trashy place Husband went in finally and they had the pizza in the oven. Lazy guy couldn’t even have the decency to bring our CURBSIDE order out after an HOUR of waiting outside. Pathetic. DONT GO HERE!!!
