So long awaited and totally devastated....
I use to live local and bought these cookies multiple times a week. With 4 kids, we ate our fair share, to say the least. 😅 Even after we moved, I did what I could to seek them out. (The Blueberry Fest and gas stations, etc.) I have tried several times, to catch the store open, while doing errands in South Bend, but never seem to time it right. I finally got a chance to have some yumminess today. (Well, so I had anticipated.) I got home, opened the box and frumped! 😔 The cookies were only ⅛" thick and had a 1/16" of flour residue, on the bottom. The frosting was still as delicious as I had remembered, but I couldn't even taste the cookie. Maybe my next chance meeting, they will be the normal ¼" that a sugar cookie should be and I can experience that wonderful...
