If we don't demand better of our workers. Service will only get worse. I went in this subway to get a sandwich. The server put on gloves did the first part of my sandwich toasted it. This this same woman had her phone on the counter where you serve the food from, i can over look that part. But this woman with gloves on scrolls through her phone while she is waiting on us, with her gloves on, and with those same gloves grabs a customers sandwich and wraps it. She proceeds to reach for mine. I politely tells her since she was on her phone can the lady other lady finish my sandwich. This woman gets mad because I said this. And apparently Laura was in agreement with her attitude. She tells her she better not quit on her while I am standing there . Phone are some of the nastiest devices we carry.
