*observation of this corporation returning this land back to the proper tribe. THEN paying Fair Market Value land lease rates (without favorable terms) to the tribe.

Anything more financially beneficial would be preferred. How long will this transfer take… this is month one of 2023. We will be watching the calendar.

You want to make Ice Cream or do you want to open a division and get into politics or World Economic Forum activities. Do one or the other.

I used to love Ben & Jerry's icecream but the quality is far from what it used to be and the prices are through the roof. I got a pint of Tonight Dough and there was no peanut butter cookie dough, the regular "cookie dough" did not taste like cookie dough, and the ice cream is not at all as creamy as it used to be. The whole pint just tasted like they added more sugar to cover the fact that they are using lower quality ingredients.
