Bojangles — Restaurant in South Carolina

It was good until I got to the window. They need to get rid of that A.I. or have a better system or protocol when A.I. messes up your order. I ordered a Bo Size combo and got a regular. When I got to the window the cashier took my payment and handed me my drink and receipt. I told him my order is BoSized, he said it wasn’t. I said it was and it was even on the screen. He proceeded to tell me I should’ve told him that before he handed me my drink and receipt. I told him I did tell him that my order is incorrect. He proceeded to argue with me and tell me with an attitude “what do you want, you want a refund?!” I wanted him to make my order right. I asked for the manager. The manager was standing there the whole time watching her cashier and his poor customer service. She never came to the window to resolve my issue. She blamed the mix up on A.I. and said that it messes up sometimes. I left with an incorrect order that I did not asked for but was charged for the BoSize order. I have been to this location several times. There is always a wait rather they are busy or not. However the food has always been hot and my order correct. That is until tonight and I may or may not visit this location again. The young lady working the drive thru had an attitude thru the speaker and at the window. She never spoke and shook her head when I added a biscuit at the window. Lord forbid she hit a button and walk 10 feet. I know people have bad days so I kept my thoughts to myself. Then I planned to eat in the parking lot due except I was given no forks when obviously those are needed for mac and cheese. Luckily a relative lives near by because my food would have been cold by the time I made it home. When I get there however my order is wrong after asking and being told my meal came with four tenders and two sides and then I got hung up on three times when I called! I can't speak on atmosphere as I have not been inside. The food is always good. However, service has been iffy. In all four times I've been, I've only had one good day of service. Every other time, I get people that do not understand me when I talk (no I do not have an accent, I'm just a regular northerner living in the south). If they do not understand me, then they somehow get the order wrong. There as one trip when they were out right rude at the window with shoving things at me rather than being patient and kind. I'm only one person trying to make room for two cups in my cup holders. I'm an experienced fast-food person, so when I order, I know the lingo, however, it seems like they do not. I have never needed to change my orders (taking things off or adding things), so just basic ordering and still had all the troubles I've had and in less traffic times as well. Take it or leave this advice. It's still worth going to now and then but not as regular as some other places that offer...
