Bucky's Bar-B-Q — Restaurant in South Carolina

We had a wedding catered by Bucky's last Saturday. The pork BBQ was scrumpdidlyupmtious! Everyone loved it. I definitely think it is the most tasty and moist, melt-in-your-mouth-delicious pork BBQ in the whole Greenville area. The sauces were so delicious you almost want to drink them. I am very fussy about potato salad, and their potato salad is delicious and all the guests liked it a lot! Even the iced tea was delicious. We were super impressed with the amount of food they brought based on how many people who were guests. It was the perfect amount and with even some to spare. Folks were able to have seconds, and some even had more than that because it was so delicious. They delivered on time. The plates, utensils, sauces (in styrofoam cups with lids & two squirt bottles), the rolls, potato chips were neatly loaded into a large box. They even brought plastic tongs and plastic serving spoons. The hot food was in chafing tins, so we set them right inside the chafing sets with heat that were already waiting for them. We heard so many people talking about how delicious it all was! We do not regret having this catering done! The delivery was signed for and they left. We finished unloading all the food and putting it into place, dumping the chips into bowls we had set out waiting, etc. What a great success! I highly recommend Bucky's! Food is good. Cashier working the food bar is one pitiful excuse for a server!!! She was so hyped up ??? on??? she rushed me! and i was at dollars and still ordering but she wasn't having that ! She didn't care if i needed or bought more! Rushed me out the way! Kept totaling me up before i got done ordering ! Everything i asked for such as a receipt she couldn't remember to give me cuz she was so hyped she couldn't remember what i said only 2 minutes ago! Then i needed another bag fir my separate order and she wanted to argue with me about getting a bag when their order was separate from mine ! My goodness a 5 cent bag to put bbq sauce in??? This girl is the worst i have ever seen and does not have a clue on how to give customer service! And obviously she could care less! She will surely run every customer she can away from this business ! I spoke to the older female that was out there and she seemed not to care either. I assure you i will never spend another 50 dollars here and get treated like a bum!!! And somebody needs to get off whatever they are on that makes them act like this cuz normal people don't act like her. Oh and tea comes with the meal i sure didn't get any cuz she was not professional enough to tell me or do her job! And i'm a new customer!!! But not for long! i don't spend my money where it's...

The best sweet potato casserole in town...hands down. It's been my go-to for potlucks and holiday dinners for 10ish years. At less than $20 a pan, it's not even worth it to try to make your own. The sweet potato casserole alone is five stars.

We also enjoy the cucumber salad. The Mac n cheese neither wows or disappoints. It's typical restaurant mac n cheese.

The pork and chicken are deliciously smokey, juicy, and tender.

The barbecue sauce has grown on me. 10-15 years ago I did not love it, but, now, I favor the tangy flavor. There's also a mustard-based sauce available.

The atmosphere is complete country-divey. It looks like they copped some grandma's 1983 pig collection and threw it on every free space on the wall. No complaints here...it gives you something to look at while standing in line, and to be grateful that your house is not filled with tchotchkes.

Service is always quick and friendly.

The desserts up front always look tempting, but they always fall short.

Don't forget to grab a cup for your beverage...drinks are included with...
