Burger King — Restaurant in South Carolina

Ordered food for the office. I had 3 separate orders. Was told to come inside (during the covid pandemic) to order. When I got to work an order was not given to me. Went to drive-thru to get this order. Was told to come inside...when I asked why they said "she just said to come inside". I did not want to and she said "we have other orders behind you." Went inside and the manager argued that I was wrong and did not pay for my order. She said "I gotta look at the footage." Then she said "give me the cards you paid with." I gave her the card which had the issue. She saw I was correct and just walked off without apologizing or anything, and told the kitchen to make it because I was right.. Horrible customer service. Whopper isn't good enough to try to...

Consistently this location is the best Burger King I've visited. They're simply consistent & respectful. That stretches a far distance these days. Every item from the menu I've had from this particular location is so consistent, no matter whether I go at lunch or during late night hours. I like to know what I'm paying for and there's no question here. Specifically, their burgers are grilled to perfection and not overcooked. The staff seem to be grateful to be at work and appear to enjoy their job. It's obvious that this location is well managed. I think that says it all! Keep it up guys! Again, hands down, the best Burger King...

Wish I could give minus 5 stars cause this location is a joke ... Went to order biscuit only to be told they currently don't have any biscuits?? Ok how about a burrito?? Nope which I figured they haven't had any in several years don't know why but they advertise them ??? Only had croissants an French toast sticks ...
