Burger King — Restaurant in South Carolina

Very rude and nasty staff. My husband and I came through the drive thru and after ordering my husband asked the guy to repeat the order back, he then said he would repeat it back once we got to the window. Once we pulled up to the window he rudely asked my husband couldn't he read the screen at the drive thru, and my husband politely informed him no that it was taken down off the screen too quick before he could overlook it. He immediately got an attitude and said, "well look bruh I'm not repeating no order I don't get paid enough for this sh** do you want your food or not?!" So of course we said no we didn't want the food especially after how nasty he was. He then tried to rush us out the drive thru and even threatened to call the police on my husband for no reason at all when we couldn't move because they had another car still sitting in front of us waiting on their food... What made it even worse was another worker came to the window to find out what happened and as we told her the situation about what happened and how rude the guy was she goes on to say, "oh, well he's the manager for tonight so it's nothing I can do.".....okayyyyy so now I'm wondering what was the point in her coming to the window as if she was coming to resolve the problem. . In actuality she made it worse especially when we found out he was the manager totally unacceptable and poor customer service as a manager. My husband said he would be making a complaint and the guy went on to say, "Good, make sure you tell them the name is Rob!" Horrible horrible experience I will not go back and as regular customer including my southeastern freight line coworkers who go there many times a week; I will also make sure to notify them all of this treatment me and my family experienced tonight! Also sorry ROB if you don't get paid enough to do your job, it's not the customers fault, just make better life decisions! We left here and went to the one on Augusta Hwy instead where we received...

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. We order food at 1:05 with no one in front of us and after we order no one was behind us. When the guy came to the door he told us how much the cost for our food was took payment then ask us to pull up to the other side of the gas station so he could bring the food outside. We simply asked him why do we need to pull up when no one is in the drive thru. He responded, “ I need you to get out my drive thru.” He was heavy set with little dreads. We again asked why did we need to pull up when there is still no one in the drive thru and he repeated him self again saying he needed us out of his drive thru. So we politely asked for our money back and he say,” you know that means no food,right?” Well duh 🙄! We waited for him to return and when he did he brings the food with him as he should have done the first time. We declined the food and asked for our refund, AGAIN! the manger refunded the money with an attitude. Every time I go to this Burger King the employees are really nasty. Often not the night shift but the morning shift. Should be more polite to the people who help keep your bills paid. If they are unhappy with they’re jobs they need to find another one. One of the worse fast food restaurants ever. Not only did I wait over 30 minutes for my food. I get to work and my order isn’t even correct . The two women that was working attitude is so bad, I didn’t take my food back. I threw it away. The restaurant is so dirty, the gas station need to ban their azz out of there. They really need to close it down. I will be getting the communities together to see what we can do. It will be better served as another restaurant. To be honest, I don’t even know why they are still in business. I had to go there because it was a Convenient for the driver, who had a handicap child in the car. I am highly piss about my food not being right. That’s after waiting patiently and quietly for it. The owner of this restaurant need to be ashame of themselves. To be honest, the franchise need to remove this owner. A letter will be sent to headquarters as well. As J look at the reviews on here, I see rarely nothing positive at this place.
