Jan, Abby and I did reach back out to you. It was the worst cake ever. It didn't even look close to the picture provided. Our guests were not happy with the product. You refunded most of the money back to us. Even the colors on the cake were not what was requested. it was all written out in a text for you. When I went to your place to pick it up, I was absolutely floored at how it looked. It did not even taste like homemade cake or icing. I put this at an amateur level and was truly disappointed. Jen was very professional and always responded quickly in communication with us. She went out of her way to purchase decorative flowers to adorn our wedding cake when we were unable to do so and only charged us for the flowers...not the time it took for her to drive to the store and select these items for us, to me, this really demonstrated how dedicated she was to ensuring our satisfaction. Our cake turned out absolutely beautiful, but most of all I was amazed by how moist and delicious the flavor was. I highly recommend the almond flavored cake! I messaged Janice short notice and I sent her a pic of a Halloween cake that I would like recreated to be a birthday cake for my Aunt in Virginia. I let her know that the cake would be traveling from South Carolina all the way to Virginia. She told me that she would use extra stabilizers to make sure that it would make it safely. When it was time to pick up the cake, I was pleasantly surprised how close she made it look like the pic I sent her.
