Gail is WONDERFUL. Really amazing. I went to her shop knowing I would have some issues, but I didn't know it had gotten so bad. Gail hugged me, assured me everything would be okay, and prayed with me. I went home and cried, came back when my dress was ready after taking her advice and was ASTOUNDED at the amazing craftsmanship and hard work this lady put into my dress. I knew this was my dress, and we'd make it work one way or the other. Gail truly worked a miracle, and I am so incredibly thankful for her. Everything was ready ahead of schedule and early. She was very honest with me, when I asked if I should get another dress. She asked if I thought this was my dress - and it was. She agreed and said we would make it work for me. I highly -highly recommend coming to Ms. Gail for alterations. I have been here twice once before my wedding back in 2018 and just now recently for my 2nd chance prom coming up in April. She is very professional, loves what she does and she has a very kind heart. I don't think I could go anywhere else she's so wonderful. She will take her time and make sure everything fits just right. She will befriend you and talk to you about anything while she's working on your measurements. You'll definitely never be bored. She also is willing to work with you on prices and if she thinks it'll be too expensive for your budget she will be completely upfront and honest about it. She will work with you or refer you to someone who can do alerations cheaper. I promise though it's worth every penny to get your alterations here. I do have to say to make sure to hurry and get in with her in plenty of time before your event especially this time of year because she books up fast. I'm so blessed to have a such great friend...

Mrs. Gail is a truly gifted seamstress and a wonderfully sweet person. My bridal gown arrived around 2 months before my wedding. I tried it on and realized I had a huge problem --- it was an entire size too large!
