Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in South Carolina

This place is a terrible example of a Chick-fil-A. Managers can be quite rude, food is always left out for too long and it goes bad, orders are constantly wrong, and the list goes on. My biggest complaint is that they let food sit under the heat lamps for far too long and then serve it to customers like nothing is wrong. Wait times are incredibly long, even when there is nobody in line (I waited for 10 minutes last night for a 12 count nugget) when they had multiple orders sitting under the heat lamp. Chicken is sometimes undercooked but when it’s not it’s close to burnt. If it wasn’t the closest fast food restaurant in the area then I definitely would not be going here. Don’t waste your time if you’re able to. I will say though, the company that runs this store, Aramark, has terrible workplaces regardless of restaurant so it isn’t...

The girl who brought us our food was totally RUDE! I've never experienced that at the chic fil a.. and I got the wrong food from what I ordered.. but once I got home, and noticed it wasn't worth the drive back to have it corrected.. it will be a while before I go back...
