Curley's Cafe — Restaurant in South Carolina

I got the two eggs over medium with sausage cheese gravy on a biscuit. The sausage was burnt. The Bisquit wasn't done, and the cheese they used didn't melt. The eggs were ok , and gravy was ok. But the cheese Bisquit and sausage ruined it for me . I only ate maybe half. My husband had pancakes they were good . His bacon was ok. The waitress after taking order only came back once after we got our food. To see if everything was good , after another waitress brought our food. The table beside us had same waitress, had to get up and go ask for a coffee refill. She was talking to a bunch of people and other waitress most of the time. Also the wait for The food was 45 mins. Never had to wait this long anywhere for breakfast. Maybe they were short cooks in the back. They were fairly busy.I have lived in Horry County 60 years ate at tons of breakfast restaurants all over. Just wasn't our cup of tea at all. Maybe it was just an off...

I tried the new “Frankie’s” sandwich and WOW — it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were on point, and I paired it with some crispy fried okra that hit the spot. My husband went for the double cheeseburger, and it was so massive and flavorful he could barely finish it!

My dad has been eating here for quite some time. I finally stopped in a couple of weeks ago and had and INCREDIBLE LUNCH!! I had the Meat Loaf, Gravy, Potatoes, Mac n cheese, etc...The gravy was so good I opted for extra gravy, which the young lady brought me piping hot! I was starved (and not a small man) and I had to take some of it home. I wanted to take a photo of it before I started but it smelled and tasted too darn good. I have been back again since. The portions are great, the menu is great and the service rocks! Thank you again for a couple of delicious lunches and will be back this week for yet another.
