Ordered a medium pizza on Fatherâs Day â had to add a topping to meet their newly-imposed minimum, ie. they didnât honor their online coupon. I waited an hour and saw online that the pizza had been prepared (in the first ten minutes) but was stuck waiting for delivery so finally called the store. I was very polite, saying I understood that itâs Fatherâs Day, hard to hire etc. The store manager (I assumed, the person I talked to) lied in saying that a âdriver was just pulling upâ and offered me a free topping next time I ordered, if I would call in (I always order online). I thought this was kind of a chintzy solution, but since he had said my pizza was about to be delivered I didnât care. Half an hour later (ie. at 90 minutes), the pizza had still not budged so I called again and asked to cancel. I was not as polite as the first time, but the pizza was canceled and I was not charged. This time, the manager did not say anything to suggest that my pizza would ever be delivered, nor did he make any effort to offer a comp (like a free or half-off pizza) which I probably would have accepted. Later I checked the app again to see if they had made any online offer to me and was surprised to see the guy had deleted my profile! So he must have been a manager.    Read moreUsually pretty good but tonight was different. After they messed up my order, I called and spoke with Don, who claimed to be the manager. His demeanor was rude and annoyed like it was my fault that there were mushrooms and onions slathered all over my chicken pasta. Whoever is in charge of this place, listen to the phone call at approximately 1120 pm on 4/12/17 to see what I'm talking about. First, he tried to tell me I didn't make an order. Then, after arguing with him for a few minutes that I did make an order, he found it. After he found my order, he claimed I only ordered one chicken carbonara pasta and we had to briefly argue again that I ordered 2. After he found it, (he said it was hiding,) I could tell he felt dumb so I backed off and told him I don't want to cause any trouble and that I just want my food that I paid for. If you need the order number it is 714543. Please coach this "manager" on how to handle stressful situations without taking it out on the customers. Very non-customer friendly when trying to add sauce(s) to my order and would not allow me to add a side of Alfredo sauce to my order. Seeing I was not ALLOWED to get a side of Alfredo I asked to have Alfredo Sauce added to one of my pizzas (extra sauce) and AGAIN, his response was "NO!! NOT AS OF NOW!!" Every question and request I asked him, he was very Sarcastic, Short and Rude!!
