I've ordered from this Domino's several times since they've been open. For the most part very quick delivery. I've had a few time's where the delivery driver has to call me because they can't see my house at night. So I order like any other time and I receive my text informing me that the delivery driver in own the way like normal. This is at 933. The time starts to pass and I realize it's 1030. So I call and a lady proceeded to inform me that they are no longer able to deliver to my address and that the order was canceled. I asked why now are they not allowed to deliver here? She stated that my dog had gotten loose and the driver was chased to his car. I immediately apologized and stated that had I known I would have said something sooner. I asked why wasn't I informed of this Incident? She said I don't know ma'am it just says we are no longer able to deliver to the address do to driver being chased by your dog. I said okay I just wished someone would have let me know tonight that my order was canceled before I had to call you and that I hadn't received anything stating it was canceled. She informed me on her screen it shows canceled I don't know what else to tell you ma'am! I just ended the conversation with...Thank you. Now as far as my dog getting loose goes, never has my dog gotten loose during a deliver. If he had ever gotten loose I would have had to put him up after because he wouldn't be able to TIE HISSELF BACK UP! So that has never happened. What happen is the "driver's" had a hard time finding my home and most likely the driver came and couldn't find it and just turned around instead of calling me. I also just ordered and received pizza last week from them. No mention of a dog loose! I think it BS! FYI, I did start leaving my livingroom light on so the driver would be able to see my home! Very disappointed because I really appreciated the convenience of having a pizza deliverd and the pizza was always fresh and hot. I just don't like...

This has been the place my employees and myself and purchased food from since they have opened. We have always received great food & great service until today. Almost $40 worth of food was so burnt that you couldn’t eat it, even though we tried too. Not to mention the pizza wasn’t even made how it was ordered. I called and personally spoke with the manager (or at least that’s who she said she was but wouldn’t give her name). After trying to talk to her civilly manager of one business to another, she hung up on me. We have always enjoyed the food & service from this Dominos and have referred many people there. But after today with 3 of my employees still hungry and paying out $40 for food that was unable to be eaten, I highly doubt our act of good referrals continues especially with the customers we had here at the time seeing the food burnt and the conversation I had with the “manager” there today on speaker phone being heard & her hanging up on me. It’s sad that a one time occurrence with bad food happens but it occasionally does. However, it’s even more saddening when you have the management of that business that doesn’t seem to care about their customers, or should I say probably former customers. Ordered pickup there a couple days ago and it took them almost 15 minutes at the window to even charge my card because the guy wasn’t listening to his manager. Then they tried handing me burnt pepperoni stuffed cheese bread that was hanging out of the box. I told them that that should have never even left the kitchen looking like that. The guy said to me, how is it supposed to look? I told him that’s not how you treat customers. He then said, how am i supposed to treat customers, I just got here! I then asked for another order of pepperoni stuffed cheese bread and the manager said that was fine but I would have to wait until all the other orders were taken care of first. Mind you, I had already been sitting at the pickup window for 20 minutes!! Another car pulled up behind me so I pulled around front, waited about 10 minutes and went inside. Now it’s about 5:40pm and I got there at exactly 5pm. There was a customer in front of me and when they were finished the employee saw I was waiting and turned her back on me!! So I stood there about another 10 minutes waiting for my order! When I finally got it I said thank you very much and I got nothing back from the employee!

I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING BACK!!

I've come into this location several times and ordered through Uber Eats as well. They usually seem nice, I'm just trying to figure out this time. I ordered food directly through the website, not Uber eats or anything. these people put my food to the door and did it knock or anything. So time is going by constantly I'm trying to think about my pizza like where is this pizza. And I get a strong knock at the door from somebody who works here at this hotel, the lady told me that the pizza was there for over 10 minutes already. I called these people to speak to a manager, the manager answers and said, "Well, it said to leave at the door." I explained to the manager that I did not order through Uber Eats so there will be no picture telling me that the food is here or no app to tell me that the food is here, This definitely will be my last order and y'all have a nice life.

I ordered 2 med 2 topping pizzas. One i had ordered the $2 extra for 2 layers of cheese all the way to the edge. It was not. Both were supposed to be brushed with garlic butter and were not. They weren't busy as far as I could see. So the young man there couldn't have been to busy to read the special instructions. Idk I'm just kind of burned out on not getting what I ordered at Dominoes . When I got back home and tried to call 2x there was no answer. The other pizza didn't have much cheese at all on it. Or sauce and both were soused to be well done and it wasn't. I ordered online and did drive thru pick up. It was for a party of 4.

Disappointed with my order, I ordered 1: stuffed bread sticks (they were burnt) 2: plain wings (on the verge of being raw) 3: Garlic bites (they were fine) 4: Garlic Sauce and Ranch for dipping (didn't get) There were S E V E R A L people working. One employee cussed and had to be called down. One person was doing the whole order while the rest of the employees were off to the side goofing off. Will I go back again, I don't know. It's sad that work ethics are a thing of the past.
