I strolled in, craving the comfort of a robust coffee and a couple of egg wraps to kickstart my day. But the moment I approached the counter, I could sense the lady’s reluctance. It was as if my request had vanished into the ether, leaving her to feign ignorance. When she finally acknowledged me, it was with a dismissive, “You want the egg thing?” I figured, why bother? I told her " I guess you don't take care of your customers" She shrugged her shoulders and I walked out. I don't understand how companies do business with zero customer service skills. I will...
