The absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced. We ordered our food, then get to the window, pay and the lady hands us all the wrong things. We handed the bag back to her and she got very mad. She was like “This is why I repeated it, you said these (can’t remember the name). We told her no, we wanted Chicken Crossaint sandwiches, she kept repeating herself that we said the other item. Then she yells at someone telling them to thaw the chicken, continues with cursing in our face tell us our order will cost more, obviously, that was fine. So we handed her the card again and just 30 seconds later she comes back and says she cannot get the chicken to thaw that fast. Extremely rude attitude. We asked her for a refund and she continues to give attitude and is absolutely disgusting of a person. She was yelling at us the entire time. I have never met someone with such a nasty attitude. Don’t work customer service, if you can’t be polite! Definitely will never be back to this location.
Oh and I called asking for a manager, and another rude lady answered saying the manager wasn’t in, so I asked what time she will be in and she said “how can I help you?” So I repeated my question thinking she didn’t hear me, but no she was being awfully rude and said it again. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager then she claimed she was the assistant manager. Who hired these...

Read moreHas to be the WORST Dunkin we've ever been to. Unfortunately we were pulling a trailer and couldnt go thru the drive thru so had to go inside. The first girl I gave my order to looked at me then turned and walked away and went to talk to the girl at the drive thru window and they switched stations. Same staff I experienced a month earlier and same thing happened - the first employee (#1) still doesnt seem to know how to enter orders on the register.
Got my order placed for 2 hot lattes. They took 15 minutes because girl #2 was now taking orders, making hot drinks and dealing with the window while girl #1 shuffled hash browns etc around.
Got in the car and started driving away. Both took drinks of our coffee and both were barely even warm.
Didnt even want to go back inside and complain - it seemed pointless because there was now a line out the door. The bell sound for placing drive thru orders was dinging the whole time and they weren't answering to take orders.
They need some kind of shift manager in there to lead - the 2 workers don't speak to each other at all. They look like they hate each other.
Gentleman who ordered before me had a similar experience - he turned to me exasperated and said "they dont even speak!"
Save your money! Sorry Dunkin but this store is...
