Food Gallery — Restaurant in South Carolina

First off I arrived at 10:57 am not all of the workers were at work. So I go to the door and two worker came to the door and told me that they can’t serve me can because all of the employees wasn’t there so I said okay and went and sat in my car. I waited 20 to 25 minutes before I returned to the door for service. So as I go in they are still preparing to open. At this time I’m starting to order my food and of course nothing is together. I can’t order anything fried which fish was my first option because the grease wasn’t on or ready! Nor can I get certain stuff that is serviced on the daily. So I order meatloaf, broccoli casserole, yams, rice and gravy. So the younger lady that is taking my order is playing in her hair so after she takes my order she fixes my food but as I wait I’m fighting flyers and pissed off cause why is she taking order and fixing food. But I’m so over them at this point I’m so ready to leave that I don’t even check my food cause I’m on my 30 minute lunch break. So this is what I get for 15.81 OLD WARM food and half of my money back cause she only gave me 14.00 in return. && Please Tell Me Why This Dry Meatloaf Sitting Directly On Top Of My Rice & Gravy? I don’t recommend food gallery to nobody I give it a 2/10 My FOOD SHOULD’VE BEEN PIPING & FRESH FIRST CUSTOMER OF THE DAY I’M DISAPPOINTED. LIED & SAID EVERYTHING COOKED...

I just purchased three meals from this place. Two meatloaf and one pork chop meal. When I got home my son opened up his tray and found a piece of wig on his meatloaf. I went back and the lady behind the counter stated that her brother usually does not give a refund but will give you another dinner. I said that I wanted my money back and she said I had to wait 15 minutes until her brother got back to the establishment. While I was waiting the older lady asked " what did she say was wrong with the food" a this point I opened my tray to show her when the other lady said you don't have to do that as though I was going to start some type of problem. I said all Im doing is showing you what was in my food. At this point all I wanted was my money back but again she stated that they don't give refund. I said look just give me the same food and I'll give it away. This is disturbing at the most extreme level and I'm disgusted. I will never again go back and eat at this place and to top it off when I was in there the first time and the brother was serving my food he had a dental pick in his mouth the whole time, then when he was ringing me up he decided to pick at his teeth and look at it DISTURBING

I WANTED TO GIVE IT NO STAR...

I’m reminded of nearly fifteen years ago, when I stopped in for a visit with one of my great aunts telling me about this place. I remember her saying how good the food was, and especially the yams! We spoke more on the subject, and I told her that I would come back one day to pick her up and we’d go out to eat together and try the food out. Unfortunately, she passed shortly after, so I never got the chance to indulge such a hearty experience with her, however in spirit always! So, I decided after all these years to give them a try even though, I became vegan almost a year ago, but it’s been trying but I had a “cheat” day and gave them a shot! Oxtails/white rice & gravy, broccoli casserole, macaroni and cheese, stewed turkey wing, meatloaf, yams, and cornbread! Haven’t had a great meal like this in quite some time and it was well worth the wait! The staff were very kind, and the atmosphere was very nice! The food however… I’m a decent cook myself, and this was very reminiscent of my own cooking tbh. I was beyond impressed, I will definitely have to pay another visit very soon to try...
