Hardee’s — Restaurant in South Carolina

I usually come here everyday but lately the food and customer service has been awful. I usually come by in the morning to get food for my self and my kids and this was our favorite place to go to but lately the hash rounds have tasted like burned grease the sandwiches have been soggy we attempted to try the new wraps but they had to be remade twice because the first time it was cold and second time the hash rounds in them were burned . And the fact that they don't put condiments on breakfast sandwiches nor let people know while they are ordering that they are out of packets even when you specifically ask for the condiments at the speaker really sucks because to some people that might make them want to change their order not to mention the wait time after they make you pull up off the window. I've only been in twice but the gm was really off putting to their workers as well. And then on top of that continuously calling my wife SIR after being informed differently ( she is definitely not male ) while we were...

This place produced the WORST experience I've EVER had at any business... I ordered the Frisco Sandwich and it was so nasty... the meat was OLD, COLD AND HARD... and the bread was sooooo soggy...I know for a fact it had been sitting out for a long time before it was served to me... I didn't take a picture because I couldn't help but throw it away the moment I seen it! I have attached pictures of the fries with HAIR on them... that was the worst. We ordered the "Chicken Strips" too and they were hard as rocks... disgusting. We were informed that the only sauce they had was buffalo... I have added a picture to represent this locations lack of cleanliness... 🤢🤮... I am confused at how this Hardee's has continued to stay open and operate with such a nasty environment and such terrible service. I looked for the health score and it was NOT posted where everyone can see it... which is a violation in itself. Take Care...

Do not go here!!! Go through the drive through place a $40 order paid was given our drinks and was asked to wait. I was fine with this due to the order size. After 45 minutes waiting went to go in to ask where my order was at. Didn't make it more than 5 feet when I was yelled at for being in the parking lot to long. Tried to explain I wanted my oder. Was told they canceled it and we needed to go somewhere else. So spent 40 dollars on two fountain drink and probably no refund. Do not go here they are rude, unprofessional and will take your money and never serve you. Then tell you they don't know if you will get a refund. Beyond upset because by the time I left ever place in town was already closed...
