Hardee's — Restaurant in South Carolina

My wife and I where an employee in this Hardee's I had an emergency during opening week concerning the welfare of my family I had to call out one time to go to Colombia in doing so I was removed off of Hardee's schedule for that week they suspended my wife as well when we asked about the times we could return to work we had no reply I have proof that there was no reply now the manager tells everyone we quit we did not quit they ignored us until they could say we quit I love Hardees food I loved my job I would not recommend this store to anyone I Believe In fairness and cooperation they do not I will never give this store my business ever again because of the way we were treated there is a severe lack of authority in the store and I do not consider bullying or using someone's well-being like stripping them of days of work costing them Parts out of their paycheck and risking there livelihood as a form of punishment and the employees such as Ashley who gave this store a 5 star rating should not be allowed to lie to the honest hard working people of york our hard earned money is precious and we should be happy with our purchases and still waiting 30 min later I hope something is done very soon about this store it could be a great place if the right people are put in charge to correct the problem. I will also add I hold no I'll will toward hardees or the employees I believe in honesty and truth as a whole hardees is a great company I enjoy my visits to clover and occasionally rock hill I hope this post will be of some kind of help to anyone...

Update- Although I am not close to being ready to change my thoughts on this particular restaurante location, I thought that I would give them another try. I want to commend the service I received from the white girl (with glasses) taking orders and the black guy who was at the window, on 10/29/21, @ about 145pm. The were polite and pleasant. They had smiles on their faces and were quick, w/o sacrificing the quality. I know this is how employees are supposed to carry on, but being that store and the way things are today, I hope some else also recognizes this, letting the 2 of them know to keep up the good work!...doing the common, uncommonly well always stands out.

I visited Hardees on 08/27/2021. I sat in the drive-thru, abut 10 cars deep, for about 10 minutes, without moving. I called to see if it was going to be a while, and if I should go somewhere else. She said they were really busy. I stayed in line. Our order was wrong three times. No one apologized or otherwise acted like they cared. This is closer to my house than other places, but I will go the extra distance to go somewhere else. We don't usually eat fast food, but this was awful. I know Covid has placed hardships on business and the pool of employees is slim pickings, but get rid of the sandbags and raise the pay of those that want to be there and want to...

We went through the drive through... We pulled in at 6:14 and left at 6:50. There was only a truck at the speaker, a car at the window, and one car waiting just past the pick up window. When I finally pulled up to the window at 6:37 (the truck in front of us was pulled up past the window) I asked before you make our food how long because I have a tired baby in the back (we were almost home from our 3.5 hour trip to GA) she went to ask and said 5 minutes. We paid and got our drinks. She saw me scan the QR code on the window (she was on her cellphone away from the window) and went to the kitchen and came back with our food. We left 13 minutes after pulling up to the window and the truck in front of us still hadn't left.

Our order was wrong. We ordered two #1s both without lettuce onion or tomato and extra pickles. One double bacon cheeseburger with no lettuce tomato or onion. And a Nashville hot sandwich. The Nashville hot was correct. The double cheeseburger was a single with lettuce, one #1 had everything on it (no pickles, with lettuce tomato and onion), and the other #1 had nothing on it (no pickles). It was a simple order. And it was awful for the 36...
