Heroes Pub — Restaurant in South Carolina

Even though i had a bad experience only the one time from the below post i did a year ago. We still come on Friday’s and always have a good time! I believe the owner has made some improvements as well. Maybe I was a lil hasty to post one bad incident. So, with that said come on out and give it a try, a nice lil bar to shoot pool and have some drinks although I’ve never ate here I hear it’s good.

I’ve never had the food here, even though my girlfriend and I come every Friday. The service with Connor was always excellent. He even took care of the fly that I had in my drink and gave me a free drink as a replacement! But my main complaint is the temperature that it was in the bar was almost 80° the only myself but a lot of other people in the bar was complaining of how warm it was inside. When I went to speak to the manager Patrick, he Quote told me he was having a meeting with his people and that he would come back and talk to me. Which he never did he walked by several times looking this way where we were setting but never came to speak to me. Unfortunately, this trip was a bad experience. Active Duty Military here, I would rate it a O if I could. Started a tab with 2 beers, they keep your card as your "tab" and are SUPPOSED to give your card back when you close out... well NEWS FLASH, the jokes of waitress/ bartenders KEEP your card in their raggedy aprons and WILL LOSE YOUR CARD. Not kidding. KELLI Lost our Navy Federal card and tried to give us someone else's card!! They Didn't even realize it until we told them "Hey, you gave us someone else's card!".... and they realized they "lost" our debit card. Turns out they actually gave our card to someone else. The "General Manager" Who was supposed to be HANDLING the situation is Andria M. Obviously neither of them should be employed in the positions they are when they LOSE MILITARY MEMBERS hard to earned money. Want to call your establishment "Hero's" and advertise that you support your troops when really you give no care and only practice negligence with this entire joke of establishment. Food is good, place is very friendly. Servers, customers, and owners very kind, quick to greet you. It's an amazing experience where you can come relax, have fun, and socialize with people who quickly become your friend. It's got that warm home feeling. *caution: some language may be used by some patrons, as such; for those with tender ears be forewarned as you may hear the occasional swear word (in friendly manner) otherwise it's awesome!
