Little Italy Restaurant Of Piedmont — Restaurant in South Carolina

I ordered a Large supreme, a small cheese, mozzarella sticks, and 10 buffalo wings. It was obviously hectic when I ordered, which was fine, (I'm new to the Piedmont area, this the first time I have ever gotten food here and as far as I know this is the only pizza place in town). The gentleman who took my order was polite, precise and quick, even through the chaos. Told me it would 45 minutes, (which I would expect at 6pm on a Friday. I've been in management in pizza before, l totally get it). It came early, (AWESOME). My pizzas were both cold. My Supreme looked like it was thrown so quickly into the box half of it was bent to the side of the box, (or the driver took a turn so hard it slid). I live 8 minutes away, I don't get why they were COLD to being with, after I told it would be 45 minutes, and they came EARLIER than the estimated delivery time. The mozzarella sticks were good. The wings, THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. I hate the pizza was cold, but if I ever need a wing night, I will be back but for only wings. This was the first time I have ever ordered, hopefully it'll be different next time I order. (I'll see how it is carry-out before cutting pizza completely out of my order) But, the wings are off the freaking chain. Way better than Buffalo Wild Wings or...

Today, 8/9/24 we ordered a L Hawaiian NO bacon extra pineapple and received with hardly any pineapple and extra cheese... GROSS 🤮 Also ordered a Chicken sub, onion, mushroom peppers, lettuce and tomato. NO mushrooms and the lettuce and tomato we're wilted and mushy. When I called I actually spoke with the owner who asked how can she help. I told her to fire the cook. She said she was the owner AND the cook. I told her NOT to cook anymore... food was disgusting. She said she always puts extra cheese in pizza and I said I didn't order that .. too bad she said. I'll tell everyone, this is NOT little "Italy" cause Italians would NEVER EVER make a disastrous dish or 2 like this. This place should definitely close or let someone who knows how to cook work there. Hey, here's an idea "Owner".... own, DON'T cook because YOU CANNOT DO THE JOB!!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮...

So far the food my family and i have tried been pretty good, rated 1 star because today i had the worse and embarrassed experience ever specially coming from the owners they were very very rude. Everytime i order from Little Italy i pay for everything, and have never asked for anything free. Owner came out and was very aggressive with me when i was putting parmesan cheese on my pasta, telling me it wasn't free when 1 of the employees even offered it to me because i wanted some to go and they had already charded my card and they couldn't just charged me .40c because they have a credit card purchase limit....... Don't even know if i ever go back to purchase from them. Oh one last thing, when i order delivery which is most of the time the owner brings my orders and i don't see him act the way he did today after i have always tip...
