Mi Casa Leon — Restaurant in South Carolina

Very disappointed, we tried to support Sara during Covid when it was only take out only. I ordered something new a burrito and when we got it home there was this yummy cheese sauce. So the next week I ordered the same and when my husband brought it home there was no cheese sauce so he drove back Restaurant and Sara said your wife ordered it last time, there is an extra charge for the cheese sauce. Nope, never did as the last week was the first time I had ever ordered it. My husband had handed her a nice tip, not even a thank you. Tonight I said let’s give it another try. Signs on the door and inside saying your first chips and salsa are free after that the chips and salsa would be $1 each. Wow, I’ve never paid for extra chips or salsa. Also a sign saying all the prices were going up, There was trash in the floor, the older women could not answer a simple drink question or take our order plus she never had her mask over her nose. Sara never checked on our food after we served. And they were out of 2 different beers...ugh. Sorry to say we will never go there again. Sara you need to at least be friendly, you make us feel like it’s a chore to serve...

My husband and I decided to have a date night with out the kids tonight ( Monday night) and we decided to have Mexican food. This restaurant is right off of the intersection of exit 14 by the old Budget Inn motel off of hwy 187! This was my first time visiting but my husband Will has been a few times alone and with our daughter. The food was absolutely 💯 wonderful and cooked fresh to order. Everything is made fresh! The salsa and chips! Fresh vegetables steamed/sizzling hot. The Steak and Shrimp 🍤 plate came with seasoned fries and a side of Broccoli 🥦 & carrots 🥕! I can't say enough great things about this Mexican Restaurant! The owner is Sarah. She's on site and there is a open bar area. Plenty of booths and tables available. You must give this place a try on ur next craving for Mexican Food! I highly recommend. We decided to take the kids a plate home as well. We ordered a Child's chicken fingers with fries and ACC which is Shrimp 🍤 and Rice with cheese sauce! Just plain out delicious 😋! We will definitely return. Thanks for a great dinner Sarah. Stopped by this place while on my working tour. I was a bit skeptical at first due to the sketchy place BUT LET ME TELL YOU, THIS PLACE IS GOOD!

The food is amazing better than the Orlando Mexican restaurant I visit often. Standard tasting Salsa and chips. My husband ordered the chicken burrito which he said was flavor filled. I order the chicken tortilla soup which was amazing. Most places it's to salty this place its perfect PERFECT!

Not sure of the prices as we didn't look just ordered our normal dishes. We were greeted and served by one of the owners I believe her name was Sara. She is the lady with the cut short spikey haircut. At first I was like oh she going to be mean but she was so friendly and made sure we where taken care of.

WE WILL VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN AND AGAIN. You should to! 100/10 RECOMMEND:)
