I paid $20 for a to go order. When I arrived I asked if I could add some queso and a side of pico. I told the girl I only wanted a small size.. and was told too bad it only comes in one size and it’s $2.75. (It’s massive mind you and all I wanted was one tiny ramekin). I was annoyed but I agreed to it. Then when she went to get me the pico and queso I asked for extra chips. I was told I already had enough chips and they charge extra for more chips. Even though I ADDED some queso and this massive side of pico I was charged for. There was no effort whatsoever to accommodate me or my situation. I understand you’re a small business and prices on food have gone up, however I’m in the service industry and our prices have gone up as well but I accommodate my customers. If somebody wants a smaller side of something I can manually ring it in for a lesser price and bring them a smaller portion. I understand you have to raise prices, but do better at accommodating your customers. I’ll not set foot back in this place after this experience unless someone wants to rectify it; and it’s sad because I grew up going here since it opened. I asked to speak to a manager and she never went and got one just told me this is how it is. Too bad. Completely un-accommodating and frankly rude. I never leave bad reviews but I am pretty heated about the way I was treated just now. The attached photo shows the ridiculously massive side of pico, and the two other containers smaller containers were the perfect size I had asked for but was flat out refused. Do better at treating your customers as human beings if you want your business to stay open.

My best friend and I went here after she got her nails done next door. I was literally starving i was so hungry going to eat my hand. Went here instead of driving somewhere. I wish we would have after trying to eat the food. My best friend got the chimichanga and I got the enchiladas. O literally didnt know what was served to me because in all my years of eating Mexican seen enchiladas in brown sauce. I sent it back and asked to put it in cheese sauce just because that's the only 2 sauces they had. And dang if they didn't charge me for the cheese sauce on the enchiladas. Even though as you can see in the pictures I ordered the cheese dip with my chips. The salsa had no taste it tasted like tomatoes. The cheese dip just THICK cheese. The beef inside the enchiladas was a little bit burnt. I think they cook their food before ahnd and then just heat it up INSTEAD of fresh cooking it. My best friend has ate here before and thinks it alright. The waitress wasnt attentive. Had to ask someone passing by to get her to return my plate. The ladies at the register were fine but, other than that just really isn't worth it all around did and service. EL SURENO in powdersville is by far the BEST Mexican restaurant in Greenville.

Wow, what a nice surprise. We've been driving past this place for 10 months going back and forth to the YMCA. I kept saying 'we need to try this place' We did today. It is super clean. I mean spotless. Lots of TLC. The staff are really nice. I think it is a family business which is great. The food rocked. We have hit many Mexican restaurants in the area. 3 of them were a swing and a miss. A couple were decent. This place was really great. I was craving burritos, so I got the California Burritos wrap. It was great and huge. I could only eat half and I was ready for a nap after half. The other half is tomorrow's lunch. I got a side of refried beans, very tasty. My wife had the breaded Tilapia. That was good. They served French fries with it. I don't go to Mexican restaurants for the French fries so we didn't really eat them. The chips and salsa were good. I had wine. For house merlot, it was decent. Our bill was maybe $50, so the pricing is good. I am shocked this place wasn't busy but it is a Tuesday in the afternoon. Anyway, great local place off of Wade Hampton Blvd. It is close to Target. The food was terrific. Next time we're doing the Texas Fajitas. Another table ordered them and the smell was awesome.
