My mom was visiting from out of town and wanted to go antique shopping so I thought I'd take her here. I personally had never been but it looked like it had a variety. A variety indeed it had. Lots of booths and I have to say most everything we saw was reasonably priced. The reason I rate this two stars is due to the woman behind the counter and her attitude that was beyond rude to everyone she encountered. Wow. Initially we witnessed her rudeness from the sidelines to other people, but then got a taste of it ourselves. We couldn't believe how rude this woman was being to customers. I won't go into their experiences that we witnessed, but our experience started with wanting to see an item in a case. My wife went to find someone to unlock the case. A few mins later she returned with the lady and the lady, without saying a word just started opening the wrong case. I chimed in and said, "oh no its this case over here" and she whipped around and said "I am helping this woman first, THEN I will get to you". My wife chimed in and said "oh no, thats my husband he asked me to get you to open that case over there" She then turned to me, and as rude as can be, barked, "well you're in my way and you're gonna have to move!" We couldn't believe it. After retireving the item she just walked away. We had already accumulated a few items to purchase so I approached the front desk and asked her if I could leave the items at the desk with them while we continued to shop. She ignored me completely, and just walked away leaving me standing there for 10 mins so I just placed the items down. We had so much more in our hands to purchase but in the end we put it back. While we were paying for the few items we did decide to get, the store phone rang, a guy answered and rudely said "ohhh just keep talking" and placed the phone face down while he continued writing up our order. You could hear someone talking. Who knows if it was a sales call or not but the way he just left them there talking was insane. At the end of the day, if you don't want to be nice and deal with people, don't be the face of customer service for an establishment. A smile never killed anyone. We are going to just chalk it up to them both having a bad day, but wow how embarrassing and a shame any potential customer has to.come in contact with that kind...

We drove an hour to come here and we arrived here 30 minutes before they closed. We were immediately met with “we close promptly at five” we told them we drove an hour and we would be out before they closed. She then said “I don’t care how far you drove, you will be out by 5pm”. They will not be getting any business from me. Do not come here. They are so rude. They must not need business badly enough if they can mistreat customers. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! I don’t care that “a family member drove a long way to get here”. There was a better way to go about your store hours before mistreating a large group of people that came in. I have submitted a report to the better business bureau.
I asked all of them and they all said none of them apologized. So now you are lying to try to make me look bad when your the one with poor business ethics. You were out right rude. I don’t care who drove from so far away. You could have made a better response instead of being rude. You could have been polite and you chose not to be. I already submitted my claim to the BBB. The same party that purchased items later discovered there was damage that was not disclosed. You were not professional and no one deserves that kind of treatment. You chose to honor the hours you set in place. That’s a normal business. You did nothing special by keeping it open till five. The point is no one should have told us “I don’t care how long you drove” and then expect business? Some lady running around trying to kiss my aunts butt to buy your damaged items was desperate attempt of an apology. Im not taking back my review. You all were rude. You could have been nicer. We will not be back.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY ARE WILLING TO SELL DAMAGED GOODS AND NOT DISCLOSE IT! THEY ARE RUDE, AND...

I am a long time antique dealer and certified appraiser with nearly 40 years experience. I am also the Executive director of a long standing museum.
When I recently advised this store that a certain item they were offering from the inventory of their website and on their eBay internet listings was a modern Asian made reproduction instead of an authentic American antique an individual who identified himself both as this stores owner and but also alternately as the son of the owner took time to track down a private home telephone number associated with my place of business and start making phone calls at 3AM in the morning to an innocent staff member ranting and raving and referring to me as a lunatic.
Further threatening communications in the form of e-mails began to arruve shortly thereafter.
In addition to the telephone harrassment and email this individual boasts have to have actively engaged in using the internet to compile private personal information on myself including photographs outlining my day to day activities. He even went so far as to obtain personal property and financial records on my residence suggesting that they had the power to jepordize the security of my home and other financial holdings.
They also threatened to call my employer, get me fired and ruin my reputation in the community if did not apologize and retract the legitimate and truthfull negative comments regarding their business practices made in open public consumer forums such as this one.
Beware that you may suffer an invasion of your own privacy if choosing to do business with...
