This place has the absolute WORST Customer Service I’ve ever experienced in my life. A little over a month ago, we came to this establishment, for the very first time...after waiting in line for over 15 minutes just to place an order, the cashier proceeded to charge us for water, not to mention up charge us for our toppings individually, when we ordered a specialty pizza. When my husband inquired as to the nearly $11 over-charge, he was rudely spoken to and told that was just how they did things. Are you serious?? So, we decided to go elsewhere and contacted the manager, who apologized and ask that we please return and speak to her directly and she would make sure we were taken care at a subsequent visit. So, fast forward to tonight, we decide to give Paisano’s another chance. My Husband is overseeing a construction site at an upscale condo complex and ensures the safety of all residents, risking his LIFE in case their is a fire or emergency at the property. Today is my birthday and on account of him undertaking this assignment, we couldn’t go out to celebrate and instead, decided to order a pizza. We called for delivery, only to have the order taker and manager on duty, state that they wouldn’t deliver us, because we weren’t in a building. My Husband politely explained that he was working 3rd shift and would be happy to pay for the pizza and tip ahead of time, if it would be preferable, since it was late. We were again, denied service. He additionally, went on to explain that he could meet the driver in any building or apartment, as we have the master keys and work directly for the property manager, if this would be preferable and for a 3rd time, were denied delivery. This is absurd to me. What’s sad, is that I’m a local business executive, who conducts regular lunches and dinners at restaurants in the area and go above and beyond to take care of those who take care of myself and my clientele and they could have gotten a great deal of business from us. But instead, the experiences we’ve had with this restaurant, have been nothing short of AWFUL. I’ve never in my life seen a restaurant who employs such rude and condescending employees and we will NEVER make an attempt to give patronage there AGAIN. Way to go Owner, Nick! This is a winning attitude you and your team...
Read moreSeems like there is a common theme of a staff member or 2 being rude. Called up, waited a sec til they could get to me, the girl asked for my order after I gave my delivery info and then interrupted saying to hold a sec. I say sure cause I hear the phones going crazy. Then I hear a click. She accidently hung up on me. I get it, it is busy, so I call back still in a good mood and expecting an apology for the accident. I get placed on hold again for a minute. A new girl answers abruptly. I say Haha, you guys are so busy, you accidently hung up on me. My nam... She interrupts and says don't mean to. (No apology.) I try to say I understood, but she interrupts again asking for my number. I barely get the numbers out, before she is barking out other questions. Then get hung up on... Just said total is $??.?? and food will take 45-60 minutes, click.
When my order arrives, I tip the driver well, because I understand being busy and in the service industry. I actually tipped more due to them arriving 20 minutes earlier than expected. Too bad my order was wrong, even after the girl repeated my order back to me... I still eat it, cause the food is great! (and it was only peppers and onions.)
Please choose staff with better attitudes. A simple apology and common courtesy would have gone a long way. We all hear the attitude coming through the phone. I don't like feeling like I did something wrong just to order food for my birthday. Puts a damper on the evening. Place a mirror next to the phones that the person has to smile into while answering the phone, or something, don't care what it is, but I do enjoy the food and would like to continue...
Read moreWas a big fan until an absolutely terrible experience with the OWNER of all people. I ordered a pizza with extra hot sauce for pickup. Was told 25 minutes. Get there 25 minutes later, have to wait 10 minutes. Not a big deal at all. I get home, not even a mile from Paisanos. Look at my pizza, barely any hot sauce. Again, not a big deal, people make mistakes. Call Paisanos and ask if they can have a delivery driver drop off hot sauce on their way to a next delivery since I live right down the road. 70 minutes go by, I drive to Paisanos. Go inside tell the sweet lady working that nobody came to my house, it had been over 90 minutes since I got my pizza. She says she'll get a manager. The owner, who is on the box, comes to me. He tells me that they first made the pizza with what he thought was, "too much hot sauce" and he didnt want to send it out like that. So, they literslly made the pizza how i wanted it, he didnt think that was right, so instead they send me a pizza completely wrong from what I wanted. I told him I was disappointed, I had cold pizza and he just gives me extra hot sauce and laughs at me as he goes back to the kitchen. No apology, no offer of a new pizza or anything. Just laughs at me and acts like a complete a-hole . All I really needed was an apology but instead the owner acts like a complete jerk like there was nothing wrong and I was ridiculous to come TO them with my problen. What really messes with me is Im friends with most of the employees and have rarely had problems, until my first encounter with the OWNER?...
