James Island, SC is a GREAT area to live in! Folly Beach is 10 min away from the Atlantic Ocean! Quaint, Gorgeous, Historical Charleston is 10 min away in the other direction! The JI County Park is beautiful. Every weekend there are interesting events in Charleston. Yes, I have thee BEST of both Worlds!
