Pizza Hut — Restaurant in South Carolina

Been ordering and eating here for quite awhile. Love the food.

Today went for a pick up. Store was extremely busy so I stood at the counter waiting for someone to help me. I could see the screen was full of orders and the phone ringing.

Some employees were visibly frustrated and understandably so. Huge props to the manager for collecting himself and doing all he could to get order restored. Young woman topping the pizzas was busy and working diligently, the other store insiders/drivers were sort of mozying around, on phones and doing dishes. No real sense of urgency. I've worked in pizza delivery places before and understand the annoyance of being suddenly busy and all the stress of having a store front full of customers. I would imagine having the other employees cross trained or have some urgency to help and "get in where you fit in" mentality to help the others.

The manager handled the in store customers better than I could have. An older woman came in after a few others and started shouting, "YOO-HOO HELLO DOES ANYONE WORK HERE? HELLO?". He spoke with her, me and the other customers and shared they were busy, had a huge influx of orders suddenly and he apologized for the inconvenience.

Wish I had caught his name and the woman topping the pizzas. They were great. The others seemed content at moving in...

Absolutely horrendous! I’m so unbelievably angry at my experience with this place! Walked in to order my food and I was a bit confused about something so I asked for a manager and some snobby lady came out and was very blatantly rude to me and mumbled that my elderly, hearing impaired mother was a “fat disgusting slob” under her breath. When I asked her to repeat herself she looked me dead in my face and told me to “get the f out or suffer”, she then stuck up her middle finger and walked away. The girl at the counter apologized for the inconvenience and finally was able to help me and when I received my order the pizza had something slimy on one of the pieces and a long light brown piece of hair in food. I’m sure that the lady spit in my food. Believe me or not, I had my two teenage sons with me and they witnessed everything. There was much more said and done but I won’t go into it. Do not go here or apply here for a job, it’s unsanitary and absolutely disgusting in there, a rat literally ran across the counter in the back and one of the workers just flung it across the room like it was normal! Managers are very rude and immature. Never...

This pizza hut right here, this pizza hut right here, this is the best staff possible, this location has personally made me fall back in luv with pizza hut, I've waited awhile to post a review to make sure it was true and it is, pizza hut is back, Blow this location up because they make the pizzas here like old school pizza hut, plenty of toppings and they actually give extra cheese that you pay for, Katie and crew are awesome, Sean or Chad, maybe Chris, Victoria, all of them will get you right, I live right up the street from a pizza hut and I go out my way every week to get pizza from this location

They messed up big time, I don't know if Katie can make this right but Victoria and the other soft spoken girl told me to never come back, a loyal customer who blew their reviews up, don't go, they don't honor coupons because they say it's not in their system, I get a coupon in the mail last week for wings and it's my fault they won't honor it, go to Myles pizza instead
