Shell — Restaurant in South Carolina

Not a great place to stop if you're looking for a clean station. We stopped to get gas and use the restroom while heading back from Myrtle Beach. I wish we had used a different station as this one obviously is not taken care of very well. The bathroom was disgusting and smelled awful. The floors were filthy, and the urinal stall was missing paint, and wall tiles were missing from the wall. One of the sinks didn't even have running water. There was toilet paper on the floor of the only stall with what appeared to be feces on it. The toilet seats were so nasty I didn't dare let my kids use them. The owner of this location should really take some pride and represent the Shell brand better. Judging from the plethora of negative comments, I'm doubting if that will happen. I hardly ever go in but today I did bc I had issues with my debit card at the gas pump, well big mistake I got lots of negative attitude an short ride answers from what ever female w no name tag is working right now. To who ever is her manager let her know to check her attitude, She's the only worker here at the hour so it shouldn't be hard to narrow it down an pinpoint who she is. Time is 2:18pm, November 10th. I was behind an young man that was asking a question about an purchase at the Register. And the cashier was so rude to him at first he stood there an minute or so before she even responded to him while she was on her phone haveing an conversation that was not appropriate and not Professional at all and just when the guy asked an question about an item she was asking him "What for" I looked at her Name tag and it read "Pam" .. I was so disgusted at how she Spoke to that young Man I put my items back and i left i will not spend any of my money at an store With people that have no respect to serve me I'll go to The Refuel down...
