Worst customer service ever, the 4 females that were there working had a mean , dry welcoming , did not say a word or welcome us , they were very rude and had a nasty tone of voice . They wouldn’t answer but yes or no to us and when we paid , they put all our subs inside bag walked away and didn’t hand us bag. We sat there waiting for our Bag and they came back and said what else you need ? We replied we need our food she then told me is that bag grab it which was in their side of counter basically I have to go all across counter to grab it which I said I wouldn’t go on their side of counter then she came and basically thru the bag to our side . The worse service the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced and the first time I felt threated unfairly in a restaurant . If the owner loves his business and would like to continue to have a business I suggest get new staff ASAP. I own a business and I can tell you this staff is un educated and don’t care a bit about this restaurant reviews or owners ever making money because it’s empty and dead now and will for ever continue to be a dead zone restaurant as it has all the bad reviews you can get and not 1 good review . I walk in and every employee but one was lounging in the lobby. Employee behind the counter asks if I am “Audrey”, I said yes ma’am. She tells me “all our subs are cut in half.” I said well I’ve ordered from here before and the subs weren’t cut that’s why I asked. She looks at the rest of the employees and asks them if they’ve hired new employees (more sarcasm). I figure the sarcasm may have been because I didn’t tip the sandwich “artist”. If that’s the reason for such a nasty attitude, just so you know, none of your workers ever tip whenever the Uber driver takes you to work or picks you up so why you got an attitude with me? Read moreVisited this restaurant on May 22, 2020. Stopped after a long trip so the family needed to get a bite to eat and use the restroom. For some reason, both bathrooms were "out of order". There were no patrons inside the dining area, yet the employees were disinterested in providing customer service. My wife asked about the restrooms and the staff replied with an attitude that they were out of order and that a sign was on the door. For some reason they were annoyed by the question. We then stood there waiting to place our order. The staff behind the counter largely ignored our us, not asking if we were ready to order or if they could help us in any way. Finally, after standing there for several minutes (remember there were no patrons) we interrupted their conversation and asked if we could order food.
