I work near here and have been there many times. The staff are kind and do a great job. However the owner is a different story. The last time I went there will be the last time I will ever go there. I placed an on line order for the first time with them. I received confirmation and the money was debited from my account. I went to get my food but it wasn’t ready. After waiting at the online order rack the owner asked me what I needed. I told him and he responded without even checking that they had not received an online order for me. I assumed something was up because the employees behind him who knew me as a regular looked at me like they couldn’t believe what he was saying. I showed him the confirmation and the donut from my account but he continued to say he had not gotten an order for me. Finally he said he would make my sub but he said it like he was just doing it to get rid of me. Funny thing though was that he made it without asking me what I wanted. It was almost as if he had...
Read moreThe poor girl that seemed to be working alone was super nice, but 40 minutes before close, I pulled up to the drive-through. Nobody said anything on the speaker. After 5 minutes, the car in front left: no food. The car behind me left: no food. I parked & went inside. All the food was put away. After yelling "Hello," I was very appreciative that I was able to get a cold sandwich, as apparently the "toaster was down," the power had been "on & off" the past couple hours, & the sole employee was cleaning the dishes in the back: this business was absolutely NOT ready to serve guests, by any means. She should have turned the signs off & went home. Not sure the national or local Subway policy, but ONE EMPLOYEE? That is not just terrible Customer Service, but potentially dangerous for the girl working that shift. Crazy. They are maybe a mile from the...
Read moreCan’t rate the food because I just left since the only girl behind the counter was either high or drunk as hell. Waited at the drive thru first for five minutes, then went inside only to wait another minute or two, only to be waited on by a young girl stumbling around and slurring her words. Once I saw that she could barely cut the bread without cutting off a finger, I decided enough was enough. This is really unacceptable in any sense of normality. I will be calling the manager tomorrow morning to let him know that I don’t think I will visiting his establishment in the future. I should have taken a picture as this comic tragedy had to be seen to...
