As a frequent customer who works for BMW and often comes here for lunch, I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. The food itself is solid, and I typically order to-go from the bar. However, the customer service—especially from some of the female staff—has been consistently disappointing.
It's frustrating to be treated like you're a bother, especially when you're a loyal customer. I’ve noticed that the female servers often seem uninterested and unfriendly, sometimes even looking at you like you're an inconvenience. To-go orders also take an unusually long time, which makes lunch breaks stressful instead of relaxing.
On the other hand, the male staff are much more welcoming and polite, which is appreciated. But customer service should be consistent across the board—from the bar to the door staff. Being polite and professional to all customers, especially those who support your business regularly, should be a basic standard.
