First, we needed 10 footlongs for a party. We tried to order in the app, and for some reason I couldn't get my account to pull up. When we placed our orders online, we chose the Italian herb and cheese bread and all of our sandwiches toasted. We get there to pick up our food and there isn't an employee in sight, and all of the sandwiches were sitting on a rack out in front of the counter. Nobody was there to verify that our food did infact belong to us, none of the sandwiches were toasted and all of the sandwiches were on regular white bread. The food was still good, but it wasn't the way we ordered it. We took it home and popped it the air fryer so they would be toasted. Customer service and attentiveness are seriously lacking, and the online ordering here needs some help. Anyone could've just grabbed our already paid for food...

Food was good. I'm a 52yo happy, partially disabled vet, but pretty functional most days. I have eaten at Subways for as long as I can remember. Today though, was a very unpleasant experience due to insults from an employee. I was there at 11:48 am. I would like to review the video footage of my visit and would also like to know why I was insulted by this employee. She even said she thought veterans were all dead.
