Ordered on the app. It said my order was ready but when I got there they hadn’t even started on it. There was a young guy with glasses making my food who was VERY rude. He said that they did not have the bread I ordered or any tune so I’m like ok cool and proceeded to look for something else on the menu. He immediately started rushing me saying did you hear me?? I said yes, I’m looking for something I can eat bc I’m pregnant and can’t eat lunch meat. He started spatting off the different items as if he was irritated so I said I’ll try the sweet onion chicken sub. He didn’t bother to toast it or anything & slathered it in onion sauce to the point where it was leaking ALL over the place every time I took a bite and all I could taste was onion sauce. He also prepared a cold cut foot long for my kids and when his co worker went to cut and wrap it for me the bread was so hard she could barely cut it in half. She was very nice and offered to change it out for fresh bread. She was even giving him the side eye for his terrible customer service. Such a terrible experience. I will not spend my money here...
Read moreHonestly I was a little upset that my mobile order scheduled to be ready for pickup at 7:45pm took an extra 20 minutes (8:05pm) to be ready and prepared, especially when they were working on walk in orders for EMTS and random walk-ins but the fantastic worker offered me a free bottled beverage, bag of chips, or cookie as an apology. And to my surprise they gave me three cookies. The order came out exactly as I had ordered and I’m very happy with my experience overall despite my initial annoyance for a long wait time. Thank you for the perfect fulfillment and apology gift. I will forever be a customer from the Swansea franchise as long as that standard remains the same. Read morewent in last night to get myself my wife and kids dinner. stood in line for about 10-15 minutes. they finally made my subs, I get the register to pay for them and their card reader went down. well the cashier was rude and asked me if I had any cash. I informed her that I did not, only my debit card, well the guy who made my food smerked and said "guess its free dinner night for us". so I left without my food which was bad business I couldn't pay due to your equipment. I get home to find out that the payment went through at 6:12 which was over an hour after I had left the store.
