This place is overall okay, although they're drive thru is pretty unreliable. You usually have to go inside, and you may have a long wait time sometimes, but that doesn't bother me, I'm a patient guy, and they have to do their job right. What did bother me was my experience today.
I went into this place today and the door was locked, but I still saw people inside ordering, so I just went I side through the store. The worker who was behind the counter, who I'm not gonna name, shook his head in annoyance as soon as he saw me. If they're closed/closing at that point in time, then they need to put a sign or other separator in the side entrance to tell people as such, not just have an open space for people to walk in. When I did order, the worker rudely interrupted me while I was ordering, and overall just had a really standoffish attitude. He seemed to be the only worker behind the line, so perhaps he was just frustrated, and having worked fast food in the past, I can empathize with that. Still, it didn't make for a nice experience.
The food here is fine. I think the place just needs to work on communicating better with the customers, like when the store is closing/closed, or when the drive through is not available. I hope this feedback can help they assess some issues with this place and...
   Read moreMostly the young ladies are very nice and they have a few that really don't care if it's close to closing time they'll tell you that they're out of that meat if you get too close to the counter I have had them yell at me and told me to wait outside of the store I did in my car and want to another restaurant on another return visit The ladies seem to be more attentive to the customer the new machinery helps for the toasted buns that don't really seem to be toasted but just warmed up most of the veggie boxes for your add-ons were empty or down to the last few scraps and then they ask you what you want on your sandwich really not much of a choice The only time I eat here is with a coupon and now they have a tip screen I'm sorry but my patronize your restaurant and give you my money why do I have to tip you to take it and if I actually wanted the tip someone for doing an exceptional job I would hand them cash That's a tip not an ultimatum seems to be the practice...
   Read moreI don't really know what happened to my online order but I went through the drive through first & was told my order wasn't there.. I had two different receipts to prove I had paid for my sandwich online.. I was told they needed a recipt with the address on in ( witch subway should have provided virtually if it were a necessary thing).. I was told maybe it was at another store ( even though I know it was this one because its close to my house)..& I had called the other location already after the lady first told me in the drive through at this location that they didn't have my order.. after already standing there for 20 mins I was told I had to wait for a manager ( that was not on sight) to come.. "because people are saying they pay for stuff & they didn't " đ.. who tf fakes PayPal receipts?...
