Waffle House — Restaurant in South Carolina

So I never do reviews, but I am so dissatisfied with the service I received and the food quality. I ate here on 27 Feb 2018 around 6:30pm a Tuesday. There was no, but my co-worker and myself plus one other table of two. We sat down and the waitress came other and said what would you like to drink simple enough right...then she asked if we knew what we wanted with no menus in site! So she had to go get menus and come back. Then she walked away to help the other table without getting our waters. So we sat there thirsty. While we figured out what we want for food. So then she brings over a half waffle with chocolate chips and I'm like..I'm not taking that. So the other waitress has to tell her to make another waffle for me. I get that waffle 15mins later. That's on top of not getting my eggs, sausage, and hash browns. So then she finally bring my eggs and hash browns out, but forgets the sausage. Shortly after she decides to bring me my correctly made waffle. Then 20 mins later she brings me my sausage, which was the last thing I ate. On top of all of that she didn't bring a straw for our drinks, syrup for my waffles, or butter. And she totally forgot my co-workers toast and also didnt give them their double order of hash browns. Well, my family and I generally enjoy dining at Waffel House's. Today is an exception. We witnessed entire sections being ignored, like ignored to the point they got up and just left. Our order came out incorrect, not once but 3 times. My wife's food was forgotten about. We had to remind them of our order several times. My wife eventually got her food as the rest of our group was finishing eating. As if that wasn't enough, the staff were very vocal about how much they didn't enjoy working. One would think that they would deduct some off the bill because of the lack luster service, that was apparently never going to happen. From people who have worked in food service, I can honestly say it was an over all awful experience. I hope this was just an off day, because I honestly would not recommend this particular...

I went to this location Saturday August 26th at around around 5AM andi this is the first time in my 40 years that i have ever seen a Waffle House that had the doors locked and was closed. Not only was this location closed but I was promptly greeted at the door buy a rude employee that decided to have an attitude because he had to tell me he was closed. I'm sorry I interrupted your sweeping but you shouldn't have had any sweeping to do considering you had no patrons in your restaurant and your doors were locked.
