Guajillo Restaurant — Restaurant in South Gate

Let me start off by saying, if I could I would give 0 stars instead of 1 I would. Never have I encountered a food establishment that provided me the mediocre experience that this place did. I walked in here on 6/15/23 in hopes of going about my morning, and having a breakfast chorizo burrito. That being said, I paid $11 and change. I kindly asked that they give me the burrito without rice and beans and only wanted chorizo. I figured, they can just put more chorizo instead of beans and rice right? Wrong!. I take off, and as I arrived home to eat the burrito to get ready to leave to work, I opened the burrito ready to eat; only to see that they served me a very small portion which was enough for a taco if anything. To make matters worse, chorizo looked like burnt scraps of leftover chorizo. I went back to this business immediately; within 5 minutes after I got home as I was about to eat. I asked to speak with whomever was in charge, and this older lady who was working the kitchen finally came up to me and asked what she can do to help. I explained that I asked for a breakfast chorizo burrito, not an empty flour tortilla with burnt scraps. I opened the burrito in front of the lady whom I believe was either the manager; and or even possible owner.

Long story short, this happened between the hours of 10am to 11am. The lady said to me and insisted to add beans and rice instead so the portion can look like more in my burrito. She said she couldn't give me more chorizo because it was all about portion. I'm sorry but help me make sense of this, as a paying customer, how hard can it be to add extra chorizo in a burrito, in substitution for beans and rice? Im already paying you $11 and change but not to receive an empty flour tortilla!. I was composed and refrained from losing my cool, and all that lady said to me is, sorry i can only add beans and rice to the burrito and no extra chorizo. At that moment I realized this establishment was not about customer service, nor did they care about keeping and welcoming customer's by providing excellent service. Will definitely not ever go back here and would not recommend this place to anyone. Any other place I've gone to as a paying customer, would have no problem giving extra chorizo instead of an empty flour tortilla. If I wrote a story is due to the fact of how livid I was due to this negative experience and would hate anyone else experiencing the kind of mediocre service as I did. Lady / cook said she couldn't give me a refund, but could only add beans and rice instead, pathetic!. I could make me a much better chorizo con huevo burrito at home for half the cost of what I paid, they just basically cheated me...

Well wanted have some breakfast this morning so came check this place out all over social media so came warm welcoming. I sat at my table thought they where going take my order until someone told me I had ordered up front. I got up and told cashier I thought they where going take my order at the table he apologized to me I told him it's my first time eating here.
