Subway — Restaurant in South Gate

1st time ordering online, the app is complicated and I ordered by mistake in this location, so I called them to cancel the order n they gave me wrong information, I have been told “to cancel true the app” Then I have to call back again, they let me on the phone waiting for 30 minutes, so I called them back 13 times and they didn’t pick up the phone. I called the next day, and they told me that I picked up the order, then the manager said they can’t help me, and if I want my money back to go there for a refund!!! These people is trained to say lies, they don’t know what they are doing, I’m not surprised if they spit on your food....

Dec 2 2022 @ 14:40 hrs asked the young female for a footlong turkey toasted, then I asked for all the veggies, unfortunately the tomatoes were extremely wet and sougy,. I asked her to please grab me a new batch of tomatoes, she went to look for some in the back and comes back to tell me, they don’t any new tomatoes. As I was ordering.. I saw a women Coming from the back holding Salami with her bare hands no gloves. To make matters worse she started slicing it. As each slice fell on the plate she would grab it with her bare hands.. While she touched the Salami she was touching the handles went to the back, returned and continued handling the salami! There where two other customers in here witnessing this. Like…. I even think she is the manager cause the other two workers where wearing gloves. I took a look at her name Tag and it read “Angelas”…. Thats like.....
