Bedrock Bar and Grill — Restaurant in South Haven

Food was fine. Service was slow & rude. Waited 10 minutes to be greeted & over an hour to get 2 breakfast entrees & a few sides. The server didn't take down our orders correctly as they missed a side of bacon & hashbrowns. When informing them we were missing items, she said, "who took them?? I brought 2 out!" which is no help when 3 were ordered. She rolled her eyes at us & it took another 15 minutes to receive just the side of bacon. SHOCKED by how many positive reviews are on this place as it seemed most patrons were annoyed with the subpar service. We were big fans when Bedrock was Lala's. I had to have my burger fix from there. Then they changed venders for the hamburger or they just decided to cook the heck out of them..very dry. Even when I would tell them not to overcook it. We were thrilled when James and Lynae bought the place and kept the kind of burgers LaLa had, like the South Haven, and the Bourbon burger. My daughter wanted sour cream to go with her mini tacos but the kitchen ran out. We let it go but the owner decided to send a staff member to the store to buy some sour cream. He got back in time for her to finish her meal the way she wanted. Who does that!? That's taking customer service to the next level.... for my daughter and her mini tacos....
