Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in South Londonderry Township

I waited over a hour for my food. I literally live 5 minutes from Dominos. Delivery time I was given was 45 minutes. I ordered at 1:27pm and only received my food at 2:55pm. I called before I received it and was told that the delivery time given was a generic estimate and never changes.... and the exact same amount of delivery time is given for everybody regardless of location for delivery or how busy they are. So pretty much I was told that it could be a 2 hour delivery and I still would be told it would be delivered in 45 min. Which makes ABSOLUTELY no sense. False advertising saying someone will get something in 45 minutes. I was told there was only one person in the building to do everything and one person delivering. Again, I literally live 5 minutes away and they left the building at 2:01pm.and Why at 2:50pm do I still not have my food? This is absolutely insane and ridiculous. I have 4 hungry kids waiting to eat. And I NEVER would have ordered if I wasnt told I would have my food in 45 min. I was offered no refund or discount. The delivery driver NEVER apologized for being 1 1/2 hours late, instead he told me it isnt his fault and shouldn't have to apologize. Will never order...

Honestly I don’t see what people are complaining about. I live like 10minutes away and yes sometimes delivery is slow but then when the driver gets there and tells me how busy they are it makes sense. And I’m sorry, I’ve worked in customer service for a while now and honestly I’ve never had an issue with anyone in this store being rude, my guess is people calling the store angry af and yelling at people who are doing their best. FYI if you live “five minutes away” GET OFF YOUR KEISTER AND GO GET IT YOURSELF” good job dominos people! You always make some awesome pizza and are always kind to my family and myself.- kodi

(EDIT: 100% not the same since Austin left as manager of the store, food looks crazy 99% of the time and every time we pick up from them they smell like weed... its gross. Maybe thats why the orders aren't right and it doesn't seem like they are too keen on fixing mistakes or "customer service". The franchise should be ashamed of how they let everything go. GO TO THE DOMINOS IN ANNVILLE!!!...

Ordered yesterday was wondering what was taking so long so I call the store and the associate says the drivers on his way. My neighbor then knocks on my door and says did you order food because it was just sitting on the window seal. My kids bring the food upstairs and found bugs from it being on the window. I don’t know how long my food was sitting there so I called the store again -and the associate had the audacity to tell me it was my fault because they called me and I never got a single call especially when I was the one calling looking for them. Told me if I wanted my order redone I can come pick it up which I couldn’t because my husband wasn’t home with the car or was told I don’t get nothing at all because I should have answered my fone(again never got a call). Told me that’s there policy and that the driver isn’t going to come back out. My food got bugs in it and nothing could be done about it wow!! Very unprofessional! Done ordering from here I will take my money...
